A Favorite...

About a year ago I came across a movie on someone's blog that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed watching. There is a chord with-in us that is plucked each time we watch it along with the combination of the simple way of life, down-'homey-ness', and the message of the piece all making it so very enjoyable to watch! Anyhow, I recently came across it once again; this time around, Sawyer loves to sit on my lap and watch it over, and over, and over, and... well, he would watch many times a day if only we would let him!
So, since we enjoy it so much, I shall share it here with you! Enjoy!

Oh!! I loved this video, Ashley!! After watching it, I could well relate to what you shared in the post . . . "There is a chord with-in us that is plucked each time we watch it along with the combination of the simple way of life, down-'homey-ness', and the message of the piece all making it so very enjoyable to watch!"

Thank you so much for sharing this video! I, like Sawyer, will be watching it more than once. :)

Hey Ashley,
I've seen this video somewhere before, too. I love it.. I might share it on my blog, too. It's just sooo simple and good. It makes you want to go outside and play around in your garden.hehehe.

I really enjoy your blog, but I can't remember if I've said so yet? I found you through Sara's blog :) and I couldn't help but comment on this post. The West Girls (or ladies I should say) are some of the best people I have ever met. They live not too far from me, and everything you see in the video is genuine. Ms. Vicki, the mother, is an absolute joy to be around. If you ever get a chance to buy their cd (and no, I don't work for them, hehe) you will not be disappointed. And, they make wonderful soaps. I don't even know them very well, and here I am rambling about them. I hope you have a wonderful rest of the week!

That is my favourite song by them also! My mom, Barb, from Victoria Hill Farm, posted that vid on her blog as well. Although a while back. :)

Blessings,
Miss Alli

Rebekah-Yes, watching this does put with-in one the desire to head out to play in the garden although, I must admit that the creek water looks rather attractive as well!!! Oh, to have a nice sized creek running through the midst of our property... perfect for hot summer days! :o)

Miss Lila- You are so welcome! I was hoping it would brighten someone's day!
