Good Morning~you post such lovely hymns with photo's of God's most beautiful creation to go along with it. I agree that with the help of the Holy Spirit we need to put God first in our lives~we need to be resolved in our convictions. I would never want to be lukewarm in my resolution to follow Jesus. Beautiful words. Glad to meet you (am stopping by from Sarahs blog) The flowers are just wonderful...I have never seen one in the burgundy color.

Welcome to my blog, Ellen! Thank you for your comment!!! The sunflower in the burgundy color is a different variety; I love rust reds and this one was neat to see! Our Lord created such diversity and variety. Yet another testament to His creativity and thoughtfulness in creation!

The photos that accompanied this hymn were wonderful, Ashley! And seemed to fit the words well. This hymn is very convicting! May that be the cry of our hearts as well . . . leaving behind what this world has to offer and pressing on towards growing in Christ.
